Fifth edition of Euroleague American tour is announced today. This year, Real Madrid and Montepaschi Siena will face some of the best NBA teams.

Memphis Grizzlies, San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors and the Cleveland Cavaliers will “represent” NBA league this year.

According to official schedule, two Euroleague teams will each play two different opponents in the Unites States and Canada on Games on October 6 and October 8.

On first day, October 6, Real Madrid will visit Memphis Grizzlies in Memphis and Montepaschi Siena faces San Antonio Spurs in San Antonio.

At October 8, Real Madrid takes on the Toronto Raptors in Toronto, and Montepaschi Siena meets Cleveland Cavaliers in Cleveland.

As every year, this great spectacles are good chances to see if Euroleague Basketball coming closer to NBA or not. Of course, opinions are pretty divided about as some fans believe that Euroleague Basketball is pretty close.

NBA fans mostly believe that NBA league is still dominant. If you ask me, I would say that Euroleague Basketball is getting better and better but still far away from NBA league.
