Serbian Super league, week 8

Today at 18.00 CET, Crvena Zvezda and Radnicki will play “game of the week” of week 8 of Serbian Super league.

Here is the schedule of week 8:

Crvena Zvezda – Radnicki 18.00 CET

FMP – OKK Beograd 18.00 CET, April 16

Hemofarm Stada – Mega Vizura 19.00 CET, April 16

Metalac – Partizan mt:s 19.30, May 7

Partizan mt:s due to playing Final Four of Adriatic NLB league in Ljubljana April 17-19, change date of their game against Metalac for May 7.

Crvena Zvezda vs. Radnicki, it should be very interesting game. In game 1 of Serbian Super league, Radnicki beat Crvena Zvezda in Kragujevac, 90:82.

Vladan “Joe” Vukosavljevic scored 25 points in that game for Radnicki. According to some rumors due to not good relations with Coach Muta Nikolic, Vukosavljevic left BC Radnicki. This could be a big problem for Radnicki in the rest of season, since Vukosavljevic is very good player at position 5 and he had 9,6 pts per game and 5,4 rebounds per game in first part of Super league.

Crvena Zvezda coach, Sasa Nikitovic said:
”We still hope for victories in Super League, and if we succeed against some of the teams that have played the Adriatic League, it will be a real ‘break’ for us. We know that the Radnicki is quality and experienced team and my players if they want to win will have to give more from their maximum”

We will see if Crvena Zvezda will succeed tonight, however, I believe that we will see a very interesting game in Pionir sport hall.
