Sad news for all Basketball fans in Serbia. One of the most popular Serbian players, Dusko Savanovic will miss EuroBasket 2013 in Slovenia.

Reason for this decision is back injury and Dusko Savanovic will need to spend some time on different medical treatments.

It is big loss for National team of Serbia and coach Dusan Ivkovic as well. There are also other rumors that even several other players may make same decision.

Some other rumors says that Dusan Ivkovic could invite Dragan Milosavljevic to replace Dusko Savanovic, or at least fill this gap.

Dragan Milosavljavic had pretty good season with Partizan mt:s and most of fans where disappointed because Dusan Ivkovic didn’t invite this player to preliminary squad.

We will wait to see what will happen in next several days, if there will be more quits and new players in preliminary squad of Serbian National team.
