That’s it. Russia won European title after they beat Turkey in Final game 59:42.

Nothing much to say. Russian deserves this title, they played good during whole tournament. Led by veteran Maria Stepanova, they dominated under baskets in most of games they played.

I can say, that it is too bad that Montenegro lost from Turkey in quarterfinals, I am sure that Montenegro could do even more in this Championship.

One thing that really bothering me is that Women Basketball or better say Women sport is not that popular. All we could see that there were not much spectators on games. It is sad, it is European championship, arenas should be crowded.
