In great atmosphere in very well crowded Stozice Arena in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Partizan mt:s Belgrade beat Union Olimpija Ljubljana and won Adriatic NLB league title for 2010/2011 season. It is fifth title for Partizan mt:s in this competition in 10 years history.

In very good and attractive game, with amazing shooting percentage of both teams in first half Partizan mt:s was better team and deserves this new title.

More than 10.000 spectators in Stozice Arena, and according to TV commentator more than 1.000 of Partizan mt:s supporters created fantastic atmosphere.

Second half was pretty nervous and players of both team made several turnovers, few verbal duels and a lot of tensions.

“Professional trophy lifter” our team captain, Petar Bozic lifted another one trophy in this season for players of Partizan mt:s and their coach Vlade Jovanovic.

I was one of those who criticized coach Jovanovic several times during this season, but after such success, already won two trophies, there is nothing much to say except: “Great job Vlade.”

Curtis Jerrells scored 20 points, James Gist 12 and Dusan Kecman 11 for champions. In Union Olimpija, Vlado Ilievski scored 15 and Goran Jagodnik and Samo Udrih added by 12 each.
