It is hard to find real words to express all feelings about this great moment. I am sure that Real Madrid players didn’t expect this even in their worst nightmares.

In crowded Pionir sport hall in Belgrade in week 4 of Turkish Airlines Euroleague, Partizan mt:s won against Real Madrid. Can you believe this? Yes, it is true.

In fantastic game, real Men’s game, Partizan mt:s players gave their maximum or maybe even over the limit to surprise one of the best teams in Europe.

Beginning of the game, 10:0 for Partizan mt:s, amazing. Atmosphere in Pionir sport hall is hard to describe. Probably almost 8.000 fans.

Final score 80:79 (22:16, 23:14, 12:21, 23:18).

Again, dominant figure in Partizan mt:s squad, who else, Nikola Pekovic with 20 points. Simply unstoppable for Real Madrid players. Another one great game for Milan Macvan as well, 16 points, 12 rebounds. Acie Law added 14 points and 5 assists.

For Real Madrid Jaycee Carroll scored 21, Rudy Fernandez and Sergio Llull added by 13 points each. Even I don’t understand why this great player Jaycee Carroll didn’t play 40 minutes. This guy is great, extraordinary shooter.

Coach Vlade Jovanovic just after game said: “We played game in very high rhythm and I am proud of my team. We had problems with Lucic and Cakarevic got too early in foul-trouble so we needed to make some rotations. We fulfilled our promise that we will do our best in this game. It is up to us that we give our maximum in next games too.”

I did mention in one of previous posts that Real Madrid and Partizan mt:s played 16 games against each other, and Partizan mt:s had only one win. Not anymore, now we have two wins!!!
