Partizan mt:s beat Radnicki in Serbian derby
Partizan mt:s reached its fifth win in ABA Adriatic league as they topped Radnicki Kragujevac tonight in Belgrade with final score 91-80.
Quite good and interesting game, expected to be Game of the week and much more interesting, actually I may say routine win for Black and whites at home court.
At front of 5.500 supporters in great atmosphere, Partizan mt:s didn’t give any chance to Radnicki Kragujevac to even come close to win in this game.
Led with team captain Vladimir Lucic, Partizan mt:s stopped Radnicki Kragujevac with strong and aggressive defense and smart plays in offense.
Domination under baskets was one of crucial factors for Black and whites in this win 40-25. Rebounding is one of main weapons for Partizan mt:s.
Vladimir Lucic scored 22 points and led its team as real team captain. Drew Gordon played well game as he scored 18 points and with 11 rebounds reached its double-double score.
In Radnicki Kragujevac, Terrico White and Mark Worthington scored 15 points each. Both teams had identical number of turnovers, 14.
After this game, Partizan mt:s improved to score of 5 wins and only one loss. Radnicki Kragujevac dropped to score of 2 wins and 4 losses.
