Partizan Galenika won trophy in Women’s Regional league. Partizan Galenika topped Celik in final game with 74: 65 in Arena in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In semifinal games, Partizan Galenika beat Vozdovac 84:61, and Celik beat Hemofarm 77:72. In final game at front of about 2.500 spectators, Partizan Galenika proved that they are the best team in Regional league at this moment.

It is interesting that three teams from Serbia played in Final four of Regional league, and it is another one proof of Serbian dominance in Women’s Basketball in this region.

During whole season, Partizan Galenika lost only one game, and they really deserves this trophy. Coach Marina Maljkovic doing outstanding job with Partizan Galenika in last few years.

This trophy, Partizan Galenika players dedicated to their teammate, Dajana Butulija who is injured and couldn’t help to its team.

Even Women’s Basketball is not so popular, I am so glad to see that 2.500 spectators watched final game.

Congratulations Black and white ladies for first trophy (hopefully not last) in this season.
