As we posted two days ago, Aleksandar Aco Petrovic is new Head coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina National team.

This news is welcomed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and all Basketball fans are united that this is the best decision about National team coach in last decade at least.

Today, another one great news served by new Head coach Aleksandar Aco Petrovic that Mirko Novosel, member of Basketball Hall of Fame will join Coaching staff in Bosnia and Herzegovina NT.

Mirko Novosel, coach with outstanding coaching career, with 37 medals from different competitions, will join Coaching staff and help with his experience.

Aleksandar Aco Petrovic asked about Mirko Novosel position, said that Mirko will help with his advices, recommendations  and at same time help to Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to give the best possible support to coach and players in preparation for Qualification for Euro 2013.

Coach Petrovic also said today that he is so proud to have Mirko Novosel with him, and that Mirko accepted his offer after just “10 seconds”.

In interview for Bosnian television Petrovic added: “Bosnian National team have a great potential and that is the main reason why I accepted offer to coach Bosnian NT. In next period I will talk with all players, but at same time try to discover some new players from domestic championship.”

“I can also say that two Croatian players will join Bosnian NT in next period, and we need to add more young players.”
