According to some sources and Twitter account of Misko Raznatovic, Marko Keselj leaves Olympiacos and will search for new contract.

Misko Raznatovic posted on his twitter profile: “Marko Keselj is free agent. He didn’t agree with Olympiacos about contract’s extension. Already serious interest in him of couple of places.”

It was expected since Dusan Ivkovic left Olympiacos weeks ago, and no one believed that Marko Keselj will stay.

As one of the main reasons according to some sources is financial crisis and high salary that Olympiacos should pay to Marko Keselj for another year of contract. According to sources it is about 500.000 EUR.

As Misko Raznatovic already stated, there is a serious interest for Marko, and I am sure that he will find new club very soon.

Even, lets be honest, he didn’t have great season in Olympiacos and averaged less than 4 points per game in Turkish Airlines Euroleague.

Most of people believe that he never showed his full potential, but hopefully he will.

Marko is very important player for National team of Serbia, especially due to his athletic abilities and long-distance shot.
