In fantastic game in OAKA Arena, Maccabi Electra wins against Panathinaikos. We couldn’t imagine better situation, and I am sure that we will enjoy even more in next games of this Match-up.

Both teams played well and games was decided after overtime. Final result was 92:94 by quarters 24:20, 19:21, 15:20, 25:22, 9:11.

Coach Zeljko Obradovic warned that after Game 1 and pretty easy win for Panathinaikos, that Maccabi Electra will strike back.

And it happened. This is great result for Maccabi Electra, since series will move to Tel Aviv for next two games. It is great possibility for Maccabi Electra to win Match-up with 3-1.

Even I believe that we will watch all five game, and that series will be back in OAKA Arena again for fifth and final game, it will be tough goal now for Panathinaikos.

In Panathinaikos, Kostas Kaimakoglou scored 20 points, Mike Batiste added 16 points and Sarunas Jasikevicius scored 15.

Keith Langford led Maccabi Electra with 17 points, 4 assists and 3 steals, David Blu scored 16 points and Yogev Ohayon and Devin Smith scored 15 points each.

Really looking forward to watch Game 3 in Tel Aviv, and I really hope so that we will enjoy in all five games, even I am not fan of any of there teams. I am sure that we can expect more top class Basketball to come.
