At Thursday, December 22, Partizan mt:s will host EA7 Armani in Belgrade in Week 10 of Turkish Airlines Euroleague.

This game will decide if Partizan mt:s or EA7 Armani will continue competitions in top 16 phase.

After wasted two match balls, Partizan mt:s will play do-or-die game at Thursday after two losses in Turkish Airlines Euroleague against Real Madrid and Belgacom Spirou.

Partizan mt:s was also defeated in last game of ABA Adriatic league by Cedevita Zagreb 75:57 few days ago.

It is always tough goal to break lossing streak, and especially if next game is important one. For Partizan mt:s next game against EA7 Armani is the game of season.

It is obvious that after Nikola Pekovic left Partizan mt:s due end of NBA lockout, Partizan mt:s had big problems especially with inside plays.

As most of us expected Miroslav Raduljica is just not good enough to be good substitution for Nikola Pekovic.

I am sure that Partizan mt:s will have great support from their fans in Pionir Arena at Thursday night and it might be very important detail. But, you can’t win game if you count only on fans as sixth player.

Fact is that Partizan mt:s not play well in last few games, it is obvious that something is wrong. I am always ready to say that coach Vlade Jovanovic is the biggest problem. I don’t understand coach who talking same stories after every game: “We didn’t play well as we expected, there are some problems in our play, we need to play at higher lever, etc, etc…”.

My question is: “Who is responsible for all those things? Coach of course. But it seems that Jovanovic is not ready to take this challenge and accept responsibility for all problems.

Another thing is that Partizan mt:s game was focused on Nikola Pekovic, inside plays for Nikola Pekovic was main tactic for team. Now, after Pekovic left, team is in problem. It seems that there are no other ideas in offense. If you try to do same with Raduljica, no way. This guy missed so many easy shots under baskets in last game against Cedevita, it was funny.

After game against Cedevita, it was obvious that players were under high pressure and it seems that they were pretty nervous just about this game against Armani already. But, what we can expect from this game if they are already nervous for days?

There are some rumors (of course) that IF Partizan mt:s qualify to top 16 phase that team will engage few more players. Some rumors says that Partizan mt:s is interested in Davis Bertans from Union Olimpija. Partizan mt:s must fix problem with center position, if they qualify to top 16.

Another rumor says that Dusko Vujosevic is close to come back to Partizan mt:s bench, maybe just after New year. Of course, it is hard to believe, but I like this kind of rumor.

Honestly, it would be the best decision for Vujosevic and for team. Jovanovic could remain as Assistant coach, but he is definitely not that capacity for Head coach at this moment.

Finally, I wish all the best to Black and white team in this game, even I expect very tough game, and at least hope so that we will enjoy in watching this game.
