After yesterday’s games we finally have four teams who will compete for medals. Expectedly, Spain, France, but not sure if I can say that Russia and especially F.Y.R. of Macedonia were expected to be seen in semifinals.

However, in last two games played yesterday, France beat Greece to qualify in semifinals. In last game, unfortunately, Serbia lost from Russia, in not so good game for both teams.

I must say that Serbia deserved this loss, many turnovers, not great performance on the court. It seems that our guys lost some spirit in this game. The truth is that we played without two players, Milenko Tepic and Aleksandar Rasic due to injuries. Also, team captain Nenad Krstic played also injured, and it is amazing that as a injured played he played the best. What’s happened to our guys?

Someone will say that this is the maximum for this team. Without several very good players, we didn’t come at this EuroBasket with the best possible team.
