5 games, 5 wins, but not only wins, it was actually domination, demonstration of power as young players of Crvena Zvezda Telekom won Nike International Junior Tournament in Belgrade, Serbia.

From the first day, and first game, it was obvious that Juniors of Crvena Zvezda Telekom are main candidates for this trophy.

As a winners, Juniors of Crvena Zvezda Telekom will play in London in Final tournament of NIJT, from May 9 – 12, 2013.

In first group stage of this tournament in Belgrade, Crvena Zvezda Telekom reached three wins in Group A, against Mega Vizura, De’Longhi Treviso Basket and Alba Berlin.

In game one, Red and whites demolished Alba Berlin with 97-43 and send message to all our competitiors on this tournament.

Game 2, 92-50 against De’Longhi Treviso Basket, and everyone understood that Red and whites are so serious in their goal to qualify to Final tournament in London.

Game 3, 83-44 against Mega Vizura, another one team from Serbia, but team who had no chances against superior players of Crvena Zvezda Telekom.

After three games in group stage, as a winner of Group A, Crvena Zvezda Telekom faced second placed team from Group B, INSEP from France.

In Semifinal game against INSEP, Juniors of Crvena Zvezda Telekom showed all their potentials and easily won with 79-64.

In another Semifinal game, Mega Vizura topped Partizan mt:s and reached Final game against Crvena Zvezda Telekom.

It was their second meeting on this tournament, but nothing has changed. Crvena Zvezda Telekom was superior on this game as well, and finally celebrated as winners of NIJT in Belgrade.

Fantastic performance of Red and whites juniors, deserved ticket to London, any maybe the most important thing, that Crvena Zvezda Telekom may seriously count on these young players for future.

We saw a lot of talented players, who could be important links in coming seasons on senior team of Crvena Zvezda Telekom.
