Ex Croatian National team coach, Josip Vrankovic commented those two games. Vrankovic said: “Split played well game. With Vujicic and another one player on perimeter, I believe that we can expect interesting finish of Croatian Championship. Cedevita played with routine, and I am sure that they didn’t waste their capacities.”
He continues: “Zagreb played pretty bad in first half time, under their expectations. It was expected that they will have much better reactions in second half. With good defense in second half they came back.”
Vrankovic also added: “Zagreb lost too much energy in this semifinal game. In final game against Cedevita this could be main factor. Cedevita have quality roster, and I believe that Cedevita is favorite in final.”
