Bojan Bakic signed with Hemofarm
After exodus in Hemofarm, when several important players left this team in last few months, there are finally some good news for club from Vrsac.
Bojan Bakic signed contract with Hemofarm until the end of this season with possibility for extension. In last few months, Boris Savovic, Ivan Maras, Aleksej Nesovic and Mladen Pantic left Hemofarm.
This exodus started after Boris Savovic left Hemofarm and signed with Galatasaray in Turkey. This move caused that coach Zeljko Lukajic decide to leave too.
Boris Bakic came from Valjevo, where he played for Metalac in Serbian league. He also played for Ventspils in this season. Bakic already played for Hemofarm from 2003. to 2007.
Dusan Bozovic, director of Hemofarm stated a week ago that Hemofarm will sign few players before start of Serbian Super league.
I am not sure what they can do, since they lost so many players, they had terrible season in ABA Adriatic league where they had score of 7 wins and even 19 losses.
Too bad for Serbian Basketball that team as a Hemofarm is in such bad situation and because of bad results mostly of Hemofarm in ABA Adriatic league, Serbia could have only three teams in this competitions in next season.
But, according to rumors, if Maccabi Electra decide to not play in ABA Adriatic league next season because of Turkish Airlines Euroleague changed system of competition, in that case, Serbia could have four teams again.
It will be interesting to see what Hemofarm can do in Serbian Super league, if you ask me, not much. But let’s wait to see. However, Serbian Super league will be very interesting.
