ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 4 recap
Game 4 in ABA Adriatic league is over and as it was expected brought us several great games and a lot of excitements. After four played games, Cedevita is still undefeated, with perfect 4-0 record.
Union Olimpija is still without win, and after Game 4, they remain as the only team who didn’t win after four games. Definitely, terrible start for Union Olimpija and big disapointment for their fans.
Buducnost VOLI – Cibona 79-72
Buducnost VOLI defended its home court in game against Cibona as they wins 79-72. Great game, and Buducnost VOLI were better in most of game. Cibona played well in second quarter but it wasn’t enough. With this win, Buducnost VOLI improved to 2-2 record, as Cibona dropped to 2-2 record.
Cedevita – MZT Skopje 77-67
Expectedly, Cedevita wins in game against MZT Skopje and continued its winning streak. They are still undefeated after four games, and full of confidence. MZT Skopje played good game, but Cedevita didn’t allow any surprise. Jusuf Nurkic led winners with 16 points. MZT Skopje dropped to 2-2 record with this defeat.
Mega Vizura – Krka 78-74
Mega Vizura finally reached its first win in ABA Adriatic league this season. Despite having problems in most of game against Krka, Mega Vizura had more luck and patience at the end of game and improved to 1-3 record. Krka dropped to 2-2 record. Nemanja Radovic led Mega vizura with 19 points.
Union Olimpija – Crvena Zvezda Telekom 61-62
Probably the best game in Game 4 in this week in ABA Adriatic league. Union Olimpija played better in the most of game, but in last few minutes as they got afraid of first win, and Crvena Zvezda Telekom used its chances to win. Union Olimpija after four played games have terrible 0-4 record. Crvena Zvezda Telekom improved to 3-1 record. In great role and double-double score, Boban Marjanovic led Crvena Zvezda Telekom with 15 points and 15 rebounds.
Szolnoki Olaj – Siroki Primorka 71-69
Szolnoki Olaj successfully defended its home court as they wins over Siroki Primorka in interesting game. Szolnoki Olaj played better in first half, Siroki in second half. in real drama, Szolnoki Olaj wins as they have more luch, and they had better focus in last minutes. David Vojvoda led winners with 23 points.
Igokea – Radnicki 91-88
Another one great game, as Igokea wins over Radnicki and improved to 2-2 record. Radnicki played better and for me it is still mistery how they managed to lose this game. Igokea uses its chances in last minute and with better percentage from free-throws in crucial moments won in this game. Radnicki dropped to 2-2 record. Sinisa Stemberger in fantastic role led Igokea with 28 points, 6-8 for 3 point, and earned Game 4 MVP awards.
Partizan NIS – Zadar 80-65
Nothing but routine win for Partizan NIS against Zadar. Partizan NIS dominated in all segments of this game, and Zadar didn’t have any chances in this game. Partizan NIS with this win improved to 3-1 record, as Zadar dropped to 1-3. Joffrey Lauvergne led winners with 16 points and 9 rebounds.
