United States wins gold after they wins over Serbia in Final game 82-68. USA dominated over whole tournament and deserved Gold medal.

Congrats to Serbia, as they did outstanding job as well, but USA was too tough opponent in Final game. I am sure, that Serbia is more than satisfied with Silver medal.

Lithuania wins Bronze medal, after they wins over Australia 106-100 in overtime. So, FIBA U19 World Championship 2013 is over. I guess that all we enjoyed in great Basketball in last several days.

United States really dominated from the start of this tournament. It was impressive to watch this team, full of future NBA stars.

I was especially impressed with energy they invested on every game, full-court press, half-court press, double-team all the time, really impressive.

On the other side, Serbia demonstrated different way of Basketball, with a lot of long-range shots, strong defense on the moments and team play.

Two European National team wins medals, and it tells a lot about how good is European Basketball at this moment.
