Third win in just three days proved once again that National team of Serbia is still dominant in this region.

After wins against Croatia at Day 1, and Bosnia and Herzegovina at Day 2 of 2012 Adecco Cup, today Serbia wins over Slovenia with score 80:75.

Third quarter was key for this win, as Serbia with great team play dominated over Slovenia. Even the best player of Serbian National team, Milos Teodosic played only 8 minutes, Serbia won, led by Nemanja Nedovic who scored 15 points.

Dusko Savanovic scored 9 points, Aleksandar Rasic and Milan Macvan added 8 points each.

Serbia had some problems with free-throws and 2-point percentage at the beginning of the game, and they played mostly inside game.

At the beginning of the second half things were better and Serbia with great defense and good long-distance shots earned this win.

Milos Teodosic was named as MVP of 2012 Adecco Cup.

Dusan Ivkovic, Coach of National team of Serbia said after game: “I am quite satisfied with 38 minutes, but last two minutes were bad. We had 5 turnovers in last two minutes.  But, at this moment, we have a lot of young players in team and ups-and-downs are quite normal.”

Satisfied with performance of Nemanja Nedovic Ivkovic continues: “More than all his points, makes me happy that he made some improvements in his defense.”

Ivkovic also said: “We still have a lot of things to do, and not much time. After one day break, we will continue preparation for Belgrade Trophy tournament as final test before Qualifications.”
