San Antonio Spurs lead 2-0 in Western Conference finals
Another one wonderful evening for all San Antonio Spurs fans, as Spurs wins over Memphis Grizzlies in Game 2 in Western Conference finals.
Tougher than it was expected, San Antonio SPurs wins after overtime 93-89 and lead 2-0 in this Match-up. Game 3 will be played at Saturday in Memphis.
Tony Parker again had great role in this game as he scored double-double with 15 points and even 18 assists and grabbed 5 rebounds. Tim Duncan led Spurs with 17 points and 9 rebounds.
Tiago Splitter scored 14 points and had 4 rebounds, Kawhi Leonard added 12 points and grabbed 9 rebounds.
In Memphis Grizzlies, Jerryd Bayless and Mike Conley scored 18 points each, Zach Randolph in good role had double-double as he scored 15 points and grabbed even 18 rebounds.
Marc Gasol added 12 points and 14 rebounds in another one double-double.
Memphis Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins said: “We’re in the same boat we were when we left L.A. We’re down 0-2. We’ve got to go home and take care of business at home. It’s not going to be easy, but that’s where we are.”
Fair enough, and as I can see whole situation, it seems that we will have interesting game in Memphis at Saturday.
Despite all problems they had in this game, Memphis Grizzlies had its chances in this game. They were close to win over San Antonio Spurs, but had no enough patience and luck.
