Not sure if many people believed that Partizan mt:s will have +6 at halftime in Game 2 in Serbian Super league against Crvena Zvezda Telekom. Very cold shower for all Crvena Zvezda Telekom fans. Partizan mt:s wins 77-67.

Crvena Zvezda Telekom won in first quarter with 17-16, but Partizan mt:s played much better in second quarter and they won 15-22.

This was signal that we will have very interesting game in second half. Crvena Zvezda Telekom needed to bring its game on higher level if they had intensions to win.

Interesting but not so quality game in first 20 minutes, on moments pretty confused on both sides. Atmosphere in Pionir Sport hall great, about 5.500 spectators, mostly fans of Crvena Zvezda Telekom.

Partizan mt:s continued in high rhythm in second half. Crvena Zvezda Telekom had no options to slow game down and come closer to Black and whites.

It seems that this atmosphere created by Crvena Zvezda Telekom fans, additionaly stimulated players of Partizan mt:s.

In last three minutes in third quarter, Crvena Zvezda Telekom with strong defense had 5-0 run and came to -4. Joffrey Lauvergne stopped this run with three-pointer.

Partizan mt:s finished third quarter with +9, 48-57.

Last quarter started pretty nervous and we almost had an brawl on the court after Davis Bertans uses its elbow in offense against Branko Lazic. Davis Bertans and Bojan Subotic sent to locker room by referees as main actors of this “brawl”.

It seems that all this nervous on the court woke up Red and whites as they played better and came to -2 after 2 and half minutes in last quarter.

Crvena Zvezda tried too much for 3-point despite terrible percentage. Honestly, don’t understand this tactics, and believe that this could be one of reasons for this defeat.

Nemanja Gordic shined in last quarter for Black and whites in probably the best game for him in this season so far. He scored 15 points only in last quarter, amazing.

Congratulations to coach Dusko Vujosevic and his players for this great win. It is even bigger success if we know that Black and whites played without its team captain Vladimir Lucic.

As you know, Drew Gordon left Partizan mt:s several days ago and signed in Italy with Dynamo Sassari.

Hopefully, coach Vlada Vukoicic will expain its tactics for this game, even I am not sure that he will have answers for this defeat at front of own supporters.
