Last night, Partizan mt:s dominated over their respective opponents Hemofarm Stada in first game of Serbian Super league final.

As expected, at least for me, Partizan easily beat Hemofarm Stada 85 : 60 ( 22:12, 27:16, 19:18, 17:14 ). In well crowded Pionir Arena, Partizan proved that they are better team at this moment.

In very good game, interesting game, game with a lot of attractive moves Partizan reached first win, in final clash where team who win three games will win Serbian league title.

As a stated several times this season, Partizan mt:s is such dominant team in Serbian league, so I believe that there is no doubt that they will win title again. Hemofarm is also very good team, but for me, not good enough to beat Partizan. Especially under baskets, they can’t beat Partizan’s Jawai, Gist, Katic.

Jan Vesely, Dragan Milosavljevic and Vladimir Lucic scored by 13 points. In Hemofarm, Miljan Pavkovic scored 12 and Mladen Jeremic and Ivan Maras added by 10 points each.

Coach Vlade Jovanovic, Partizan mt:s said after game:
“Congrats to my players for good game and good approach to this game. We played well except in third quarter when we were up by 20 points. I am sure that Hemofarm will react in next game. This difference make us relaxed, but stimulate our opponents. I know that they will play more aggressive in defense.”

Coach Zeljko Lukajic, Hemofarm Stada,
“Nothing much to complain. The only thing that I believe that we could play with little more energy, and I hope so that we will change that in Game 2. For me, my players are already champions. Beside of all problems we had in this season, a lot of injuries and some other things, we are in final.”

Next game, game 2, will be played at Sunday June 5 at 20.00 CET.
