As the most of us expected we will watch Game 5 in Match-up between Panathinaikos and Maccabi Electra to see who will join FC Barcelona Regal at Final 4 in Istanbul.

In Game 4, last night in Tel Aviv, Panathinaikos wins over Maccabi Electra 78:69, tying series to 2:2, and moved series back to Athens for final fifth game.

Shimon Mizrahi, president of Maccabi Electra was pretty disappointed when he realized in last few minutes that his team will lose this Game 4.

I believe that people in Maccabi Electra believed that this Match-up will finish in Tel Aviv with 3:1 for their team, but Zeljko Obradovic had some different plans.

One of the best European coaches prepared game well and his players played as it was expected from them. Even this game wasn’t that spectacular, final score is the most important.

We must be glad that we will have great opportunity to watch another one game between these two teams, European giants.

For Panathinaikos, Nick Calathes scored 15 points, Sarunas Jasikevicius scored 13 points Kostas Kaimakoglou and Dimitris Diamantidis added 12 points each.

In Maccabi Electra, Devin Smith and Keith Langford scored 14 ponts each and Lior Eliyahu added 12 points.

So, let’s wait for the next week to see who will win and play at Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final 4 in Istanbul.
