Losing streak continues for Partizan mt:s

ante nazor

Another one defeat for Partizan mt:s in fantastic game in Zadar. Zadar wins with 80-78 in incredible last five seconds in Game 14 in ABA Adriatic league.

Actually, it is really difficult to explain all these things which occurred in last five seconds of this game.

But, Davis Bertans with 3-pointer 1 second before the end of the game brought +1 for Partizan mt:s and I am sure that everyone believed that game is over.

After time-out called by Zadar’s coach Ante Nazor, Romeo Travis scored aley-oop from inbound pass, from sideline.

He was even fouled on this shot and had additional free-throw which he made and that was final 80-78 for Zadar.

After this win, Zadar improved to 6-8 score, Partizan mt:s dropped to 9-5 and enters in obvious crisis.

As you know, coach Dusko Vujosevic is suspended by ABA Adriatic league for at least two games until final decision.

It seems that this young team of Partizan mt:s lost their self-confidence after few defeats in last weeks.

It is really hard to say who to blame for this defeat, but someone should be responsible for all those defeats and bad form of Partizan mt:s players.

Really looking forward for final decision of ABA Adriatic league about suspension for Dusko Vujosevic and also for upcoming games for Black and whites.

It will be interesting to see how Partizan mt:s will stop this losing streak and regain self-confidence for the rest of season.

Veteran Barisa Krasic led Zadar with 14 points in pretty good role, Franko Kastropil scored 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.

Ante Delas scored 12 points, Goran Vrbanc and Romeo Travis scored 10 points each. Romeo Travis added 7 rebounds.

In Partizan mt:s, team captain Vladimir Lucic reached double-double as he scored 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Bogdan Bogdanovic, Davis Bertans and Djordje Gagic scored 11 points each. Djordje Gagic grabbed 6 rebounds.
