Kentucky beats Kansas for NCAA Title
Kentucky beats Kansas for NCAA Title in a sold out Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Kentucky Wildcats and Kansas Jayhawks played game for NCAA basketball title. Kentucky wins 67:59.
So, we have new NCAA Champions for 2012, it is Kentucky Wildcats. Kentucky coach John Calipari won his first title in four trips to the Final Four with three different schools.
Doron Lamb led Kentucky with 22 points, Marquis Teague added 14 and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist 11. For Kansas, Tyshawn Taylor scored 19 points, Thomas Robinson added 18 but the All-America forward hit only six of 17 shots.
The Wildcats have three freshmen and two sophomores in the starting line-up and while they could potentially win several more titles in NCAA, it seems that some of them will jump to the NBA early.
So, it is finally over. March Madness and this season of Men’s NCAA Basketball is over. I am sure that most of us Basketball fans really enjoyed in this season.
Even some of us will be disappointed because their teams didn’t win this season Championship title, there will be another season and another chances.
