Jeremy Evans Wins 2012 Slam Dunk Contest
Last night in second night of 2012 NBA All-Star weekend Jeremy Evans, Utah Jazz wins in 2012 Slam Dunk contest. His teammate, Gordon Hayward helped him with a jump-over double alley-oop.
Jeremy Evans wins over Chase Budinger Houston Rockets, Paul George Indiana Pacers and Derrick Williams Minnesota Timberwolves.
This year, fans had a control over voting and this was new for Slam Dunk contest. Contestants had three rounds, but only two minutes per round to complete dunk.
Honestly, if you ask me, I expected much more in this contest. It seems that from year to year we had not so attractive dunks on this contest. I am sure that all we had an opportunity to see even better dunks night before on 2012 NBA Rising Stars Challenge.
What is the reason? I don’t know. I am not quite sure that they have some pressure in Slam Dunk contest, it is fun, it is party.
