Believe or not, Igokea from small place in Bosnia and Herzegovina could book its ticket for Euroleague in next season.

At this moment with even three wins more than second-placed Crvena Zvezda Telekom and Partizan mt:s, Igokea is leader in ABA Adriatic league with fantastic 15-3 record.

I am sure that no one believed that this could happen, even people from this club. There are still 8 games to be played in regular season in ABA Adriatic league, but it is really hard to believe that Igokea will lose this chance for historic success.

In Game 18, in Game of the week, Igokea wins over second-place Crvena Zvezda Telekom 80-77 in fantastic game and really great atmosphere in Sport hall in Laktasi.

Maybe team from Belgrade, Crvena Zvezda Telekom had even more fans on this game, Igokea played their game, and deserved this win.

Marko Brkic led Igokea with 15 points, with 4-5 for 3-point, and he also grabbed 8 rebounds. Branko Jorovic scored 12 points, Milos Komatina and Clifford Hammonds added 12 points each.

In Crvena Zvezda Telekom, Boris Savovic scored 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for another one double-double score. DeMarcus Nelson scored 15 points with 7 rebounds, Rasko Katic and Igor Rakocevic added 10 points each.

So, Cinderella story continues and as Igokea refuses to lose, I am sure that we will see more good games till the end of season.

In case that Igokea finish regular season at the top, they will play in Euroleague in next season, and it is hard to explain what success would be that.

But, not only for Igokea, it will be great success for Basketball in Bosnia and Herzegovina which struggling for years in club competition.

We will see what will happen, I just know that Igokea is not surprise anymore as many of us stated at the beginning of the season and after several good games.

Igokea risen to very respectable team, and no one can underestimate them anymore.

We also must mention coach Dragan Bajic who really doing outstanding job with this team, and also all managing staff in Igokea. It is also very important to say, that Igokea is one of the cheapest teams in this season in ABA Adriatic league according to President Milorad Dodik.
