Not sure if many people believed that Igokea could win in this game tonight, especially not with +23, 73-50, by quarters 18-14, 15-7, 22-12, 18-17.

With this win, Igokea improved to 9-2 score and stayed at the top of ABA Adriatic league standings. Partizan mt:s dropped to 8-3 score.

I must congratulate to Igokea and coach Dragan Bajic for this win, and say that I am very disappointed with Partizan mt:s in this game.

I am sure that we will read in next several hours a lot of reports and interviews about this game, and also I am sure that point will be that Partizan mt:s didn’t play 100% to save some players for next Turkish Airlines Euroleague game.

But, even if it is true, you cannot play like this, without energy, lack of motivation and ideas. You still have to fight for your team.

Can’t remember if I ever saw coach Dusko Vujosevic so calm at any of the games. He was just watching this game, without much emotions.

Igokea impressed me with fantastic defense, but with great team energy and willing to succeed. At the beginning of this season in ABA Adriatic league, no one believed that Igokea could reach high goals.

But, with good selection of players, hard working and focusing on own goals, Igokea is the top team in ABA Adriatic league so far.

Coach Dragan Bajic has good roster, but it is obvious that team spirit is the most important hing in this team.

Atmosphere in Sport hall in Laktasi was great. Packed Sport hall, with about 4.000 fans of both teams, amazing.

Marko Brkic led Igokea with 17 points and 4 rebounds. Branko Jorovic had great performance as he reached double-double score with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Nebojsa Joksimovic scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Sinisa Stemberger and Filip Adamovic scored 7 points each.

Only one player with double digit score in Partizan mt:s, Dejan Musli scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.

Nikola Milutinov and Leo Westermann scored 7 points each. 18 years old Nikola Milutinov was starter again and used its 14 minutes very well.

One funny thing happened at the beginning of the third quarter as electric power loss happened in Laktasi Sport hall. Game was suspended for several minutes, and according to TV commentators it happened due to smoke of fans torches.
