In not so interesting game tonight in capital of Serbia, Belgrade, Partizan mt:s beat Cibona Zagreb in game 6 of ABA Adriatic league.

Easier that anyone expected, Partizan mt:s outplayed Cibona at front of about 4500 spectators in Pionir sport hall. Final score 91:67 (16:10, 27:16, 19:18, 29:23).

After this game Partizan mt:s have 5 wins and only one loss (Maccabi Electra) and Cibona Zagreb have 4 wins and 2 losses (Maccabi Electra and Partizan mt:s).

11 of 12 players of Partizan mt:s scored some points on this game. Danilo Andjusic scored 14, Miroslav Raduljica 12 and Rasko Katic 11 points.

For Cibona, Brian Chase scored 16 points, Antwain Barbour 11, Jure Lalic and Andrija Zizic by 10 points each.

Partizan mt:s had 35 rebounds comparing to 27 of Cibona.

It was obvious in this game that Partizan played better, more engaged, and all this because of first win in Euroleague against Belgacom Spirou. Partizan mt:s players looked pretty motivated in this game, and it is very important because of next game in Euroleague when Partizan mt:s will host Real Madrid at Thursday.

Nikola Pekovic played only 15 minutes, and coach Vlade Jovanovic saved him for next very important game in Euroleague.

After game, coach Josip Vrankovic (Cibona Zagreb) didn’t look that disappointed, it seems that he couldn’t believe that his team may beat mighty Partizan mt:s.
