Crvena Zvezda topped Helios as expected

After loss in Zagreb week ago and a lot of complaints about referees, Crvena Zvezda Beograd won in game today in Belgrade when they hosted Helios from Slovenia in Game 20 of ABA Adriatic league.
Final results 86:69 (20:14, 24:18, 26:17, 16:20). At the beginning of the game it was obvious that Crvena Zvezda will do everything to win this game. A lot of efforts from players from the first second.
After this win, Red and whites have 8 wins and 12 losses, and I may say that they waiting for Serbian National Cup in pretty good condition.
Another one great game for Omar Thomas, who scored 15 points with 7/7 for 2 points. Bojan Subotic added 12 points and Nemanja Nedovic 10 for Red and whites.
For guests, Darnley Earl Gay with 20 points earned MVP of the game prize. Drazen Bubnic added 14 points and Dejan Jeftic 12.
All 12 players from Crvena Zvezda roster played in this game, coach Svetislav Pesic gave a chance to all players and I believe that he may be satisfied with this game.
Svetislav Pesic said after game: “On today’s game all things worked well for us. Helios players and not that famous but they are well trained. Coach Sagadin knows how to get maximum from his players.”
Helios coach Zmago Sagadin said: “Crvena Zvezda won this game much easier than I expected. They played aggressive defence and we had a problem. We even had 20 turnovers, and it is too much.”
