Cedevita Zagreb beat Benetton Bwin in Eurocup 2010/2011 3rd place game.

In one very interesting game Cedevita Beat Benetton in game for 3rd place. As I said yesterday, this was clash of two Croatian coaches, Aleksandar Petrovic (Cedevita) and Jasmin Repesa (Benetton).

As Cedevita players stated just after game in interview for Croatian television, game wasn’t so quality, but the win is the most important.

I am sure that Benetton supporters are very disappointed about yesterday’s and today’s losses of their team. They expected to see Benetton in finals and with help of supporters in Palaverde Arena, they were hoping for Eurocup title.

Coach Aleksandar Petrovic said that tonight’s game was much better than game yesterday and that defense brought them this win.

For Cedevita Corsley Edwards scored 16 points, Dontaye Draper added 10 and Vedran Vukusic 9. In Benetton Bwin, best scorers were Motiejunas and Brunner with 10 points.
