Buducnost beat Radnicki in excellent game

dejan radonjic buducnost voli

Even David Simon scored 31 points and had overall value of 28, his team Radnicki lost in great match against Buducnost Voli in Podgorica.

Final score was 93:86, by quarters: (29:27, 22:19, 20:16, 22:24).

This was clash of two great coaches at first. On one side coach Dejan Radonjic, one of most promising coaches in this part of Europe, led his team to another very important win.

On other side coach Miroslav Muta Nikolic, one of the best Serbian coaches at this moment, had no luck in today’s game.

I must say that I really enjoyed in this game since both coaches demonstrated all their tactical possibilities. Maybe at this moment that Buducnost is bit better team and they deserves this win.

Even, I would be more happy if Radnicki won. Hero of this game was young, 17 years old, Nikola Ivanovic. He scored 20 points with great percentage. He had 100% for 2pts 3/3, and 67% for 3pts 4/6.

Congrats to coach Radonjic who recongnises his talent and gave Ivanovic a lot of playing time not only at this game. This is the only way that young player grow to great player some day.

In Buducnost, beside Ivanovic’s 20 points, Aleksa Popovic and Jermaine Anderson added 14 points each. Aleksa Popovic added 9 rebounds.

For Radnicki, David Simon 31, Michael Scott 19 and Miljan Pavkovic scored 18 points.

Too bad that Radnicki lost this game, since I expected that after this possible win they will have great chance to reach even Final 4 in some calculations. But, it is still not over. There are still 9 games to be played and everything is possible.

Once again congrats to coach Radonjic and his team for great win and big step forward to final 4 which will be probably played in Tel Aviv Israel, as Maccabi stated. Still without official confirmation from ABA Adriatic league.
