With six games at Saturday, November 19, and only one game at Sunday, November 20, ABA Adriatic league starts its 8th week.

Until this week we had two undefeated teams, Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv and Union Olimpija Ljubljana.

Those two teams will meet each other in this week “Game of the week”, so after this game, only one team will remain undefeated.

I do not bet on Basketball, or better say, I do not bet at all, but if you ask me, Maccabi Electra will remain undefeated.

Union Olimpija had tough game yesterday in Turkish Airlines Euroleague, and they lost badly. Khimki destroyed Union Olimpija 81:51.

Beside this Maccabi Electra is more than dominant team in ABA Adriatic league, with fantastic roster, they play at home, so I believe that Union Olimpija have no chance in this game.

In another pretty interesting game, in Belgrade, Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) will host Radnicki Kragujevac. Two teams which had much higher expectations in this season than current standings.

In seven games, Crvena Zvezda reached two wins and five losses, and Radnicki even worse, unexpectedly, only one win and six losses.

Radnicki coach Miroslav Muta Nikolic stated for Serbian media that his team and Crvena Zvezda have rosters for bottom of standings. He added: “I don’t know why people expect so much from Crvena Zvezda, they have only 2 wins. Their situation is that they can fight with us, Zlatorog, Siroki, Helios.” Nikolic continues: “we will fight against Crvena Zvezda, we are not afraid of crowded Pionir Arena. It won’t be first time that we play in such atmosphere, and the most important we already won in that atmosphere few times.”

Partizan mt:s after tremendous win in Turkish Airlines Euroleague against EA7 Armani, will play away game at Zlatorog, and I expect easy win for Black and Whites.

Hemofarm and Siroki will play another one interesting game. Hemofarm will host Siroki in Vrsac. Both teams have 3 wins, and since Siroki played pretty well in away games this season, we can expect good game.

Buducnost and Cibona will clash in Podgorica, Montenegro. This game could also have title “Game of the week”. Both teams started pretty good in this season. Buducnost with 4 wins and 3 losses and Cibona with 5 wins and only 2 losses.

Cedevita will host Krka, and it should be an easy game for Cedevita. They currently have 6 wins and only one loss. On the other side, Krka reached only one win, and they have 6 losses.

Zagreb and Helios, will play game in Zagreb. Zagreb should be favorite, but you never know. After they reached first-ever win in Euroleague this week against Zalgiris, it is expected that they will use this positive energy in game against Helios.
