Even game 15 of ABA Adriatic league is still not completed, since Radnicki and Siroki will play at January 31, game 16 will start with 5 games tomorrow, Saturday, January 14, and 2 games at Sunday, January 15.

We will have great opportunity to see several interesting games as usual.

Cibona will host Maccabi Electra in Zagreb, and if you ask me, everything except Maccabi’s win will be great surprise. I am not sure that Cibona have potential at this moment to beat Maccabi, dominant team in ABA Adriatic league, still with only one loss. After loss against Radnicki at home, Cibona won in away game against Krka, and it was first win for new coach Jasmin Repesa in this 2012.

Siroki will host Krka in Siroki Brijeg, and I expect another one win for Siroki. They won in game 14 against Helios 85:59 and demonstrates their quality. Game against Radnicki is scheduled for January 31. Siroki have good score in this season of ABA Adriatic league, 7 wins and 7 losses and I am sure that nobody expected this. On the other hand everyone expected more from Krka, with 4 wins and 11 losses they are maybe one of the biggest disappointments in this season, beside Hemofarm.

Radnicki and Partizan mt:s will play “Game of the week” and I am sure that we will watch extraordinary game in Jezero sport hall in Kragujevac, where Radnicki will host Partizan mt:s. As usual, I expect that players of Radnicki and their coach Miroslav Muta Nikolic will be additionally motivated for this game. In Partizan, they said that they consider this game very seriously. Radnicki is very strong, especially in home games, so we will see.

Helios and Hemofarm will play one of the games as we used to call “derby of teams from the bottom” since both teams have pretty bad season. Helios reached only 3 wins and 12 losses, and Hemofarm just bit better 4 wins and 11 losses. For me it is great surprise, of course negative surprise such bad results from Hemofarm.

Buducnost will host Zagreb in Podgorica, Montenegro, and this will be another one very exciting and hopefully good game for watching. Buducnost have great season in both competitions, ABA Adriatic league and in Eurocup as well. I must say that I was pretty surprised when they lost from Crvena Zvezda in last game in Belgrade. Zagreb won in last game against Hemofarm, so they will try to surprise Buducnost as well and use this positive energy from last game.

Olimpija and Zvezda, another one interesting game, Olimpija will host Crvena Zvezda in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and I am sure that Crvena Zvezda will try to use positive result from last game to score another one win and increase their result in this season. It seems that Red and whites play better and better so we will see if Olimpija with all their financial problems will be able to stop Crvena Zvezda.

Zlatorog and Cedevita will probably play one of not so interesting games since Cedevita is much better team at this moment and they have very good score, 12 wins and only 3 losses, comparing to Zlatorog’s only 2 wins and 13 losses. I believe that it will be an easy game for Cedevita.
