With two games tomorrow, Friday, September 28, ABA Adriatic league will start. New season, new excitements and according to many people this season should be one of the best in last decade.

14 teams will fight for ABA Adriatic league trophy and I may already say that Cedevita Zagreb, Crvena Zvezda Diva, Partizan mt:s are the main candidates for trophy.

Maybe even Radnicki Kragujevac could be one of teams who will play one of main roles in this season.

This season there are two newcomers in ABA Adriatic league, Szolnoki Olaj from Hungary and MZT Skopje from F.Y.R. of Macedonia.

Opening game is tomorrow at 18.00 CET when two teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina will meet each other, Siroki and Igokea.

Two best teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina for last several years. Siroki had great season last year and it is expected that they will continue with good results in this season too.

Also tomorrow, at 20.00 CET, Partizan mt:s will host Zadar in Pionir Sport hall in Belgrade. Even rumored that this game will be postponed due to illness of some Zadar’s players, Josip Bilic director of ABA Adritic league said that game will be played tomorrow.

Four games at Saturday, September 29. In first game at 17.00 CET one of the best games in this week as Radnicki Kragujevac will host Union Olimpija.

Radnicki Kragujevac completed great roster and it is expected that they will be strong contestant in this competition.

At 20.00 CET Buducnost will host Cedevita Zagreb and this will be great opportunity for all of us to see Cedevita, since it is expected that they could be winners of this competition. Led by Coach Bozidar Maljkovic, Cedevita have respectful roster for this season.

At 20.30 CET, Cibona will host newcomers MZT Skopje in Zagreb. Great chance to see what team from Skopje is able to do in this league.

At 21.00 CET, Split will host Crvena Zvezda Diva and I am sure that all we looking for to see Crvena Zvezda Diva in action as they have great team, and they are one of the main candidates for this season trophy.

In testing games they proved good form, so we will see how far they will go in this season in ABA Adriatic league.

Last game of Week 1 in ABA Adriatic league will be played at Sunday, September 30, at 18.00 CET, Krka will host newcomer Szolnoki Olaj.
